KMAC strives to provide superior personnel, who are trained in the KMAC Safety/Technology program. A program that has been custom-built in partnership with several of the worlds largest manufacturers of hydroblasting equipment and tooling.
 KMAC provides the same training these manufacturers who design, engineer,and build these systems provide for their own employees, creating the most knowledgable labor force in the market.
The program begins with the fundamentals of high pressure systems and covers everything from the fluid end to the power end, to the tooling design and application. The training includes the basic physics of high pressure water and is delivered in a classroom setting.
Specialized services offered by KMAC include the cleaning of lines, pipes, towers, reactors vessels and tanks; BioBlast services, hydroexcavation, air machine/vacuum services and chemical cleaning services. Additionally, we also provide vertical/horizontal, plate and frame, as well as spiral, heat exchanger cleaning.
